Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MFL Pro processes, why it is used, where it goes, and the choices available to you.
Last updated August 27, 2026At a glance
MFL Pro is designed to keep your MyFantasyLeague credentials on your device. Most league requests go directly from the app to MyFantasyLeague. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Information kept on your device
Your MyFantasyLeague username, password, and login cookie are stored in the platform secure store. Cached league data, settings, and Scout chat history are also stored locally so the app can work quickly and preserve your preferences. You can remove this local information by signing out or deleting the app.
MyFantasyLeague data
The app sends requests to MyFantasyLeague to sign you in, retrieve league information, and submit actions you explicitly confirm, such as a lineup, waiver, message, profile edit, or trade. Your use of MyFantasyLeague remains subject to its own policies and terms.
Optional product analytics
When product analytics is enabled, MFL Pro uses PostHog to process app lifecycle events, privacy-safe screen names, selected feature actions, and limited app and device information. Analytics does not include MFL credentials, league or player identifiers, names, message content, precise location, touch capture, or session replay. Geographic lookup is disabled. You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings.
AI Scout
When you use Scout, your prompt, recent conversation, and the league context needed to answer are sent through MFL Pro's AI service and a model provider. A short-lived copy of your MFL login cookie is sent over an encrypted connection to the MFL Pro service so it can retrieve league data for that request. The cookie is used only for the active run, is not logged or persisted, and is not sent to the model provider.
The service also uses pseudonymous identifiers and short-lived operational records to enforce rate limits, verify Scout access, and count free seasonal answers. Scout chat history remains on your device.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes purchases made through its app store. RevenueCat processes pseudonymous purchase identifiers, product and entitlement status, and related transaction information so MFL Pro can unlock Basic or Pro access, restore purchases, and redeem store offers. MFL Pro does not receive your full payment card details.
Support
If you contact Support, the description you submit and any name, reply email, MFL username, or device and app details you choose to include are sent to our support provider so the request can be answered and diagnosed. Please do not include your MFL password or login cookie.
Retention and security
We retain service and support information only as long as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve MFL Pro, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can disable optional analytics in Settings, sign out to remove locally stored account data, delete the app to remove its local cache and chat history, and manage purchases through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of support or service records associated with you, use the MFL Pro support form.
Children
MFL Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
