Terms of Service

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using MFL Pro, you agree to these terms and the applicable terms of the app store through which you obtained MFL Pro. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Independent companion app

MFL Pro is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by MyFantasyLeague, the NFL, or any NFL team. You are also responsible for complying with the rules, terms, and permissions that apply to your MyFantasyLeague account and leagues.

Authorized use

You may use MFL Pro only with accounts and leagues you are authorized to access. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits, or use MFL Pro for unlawful activity.

Your decisions and submitted actions

You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming every lineup, waiver, roster, trade, message, profile, and commissioner action you submit. An action is sent to MyFantasyLeague only after the app presents the relevant confirmation flow, but you should verify important results in your league.

Fantasy information and Scout

Scores, projections, news, market information, AI responses, and other fantasy-football information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are provided for convenience and entertainment, not as a guarantee of results, wagering advice, or financial advice. Scout can prepare actions, but you are responsible for reviewing and confirming them.

Subscriptions

Basic and Pro may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Plans renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account within the period required by that store. Prices and included features are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods.

Billing, refunds, offer codes, purchase restoration, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google, as applicable, and remain subject to that store's terms. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable.

Availability and changes

MFL Pro depends on third-party platforms, data sources, networks, and app stores. Features may be unavailable or change when those services change. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.

Intellectual property

MFL Pro, including its original software, design, and branding, is owned by Ferrara Co. or its licensors. League data, player information, team marks, news, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFL Pro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferrara Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, league outcomes, or lost data arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using MFL Pro at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and date will remain posted here. Questions can be sent through the MFL Pro support form.
