Before you send a request
Trouble signing in
Confirm the same username and password work on myfantasyleague.com, then try again in MFL Pro.
Stale scores or standings
Pull down on live league screens to fetch the latest data from MyFantasyLeague.
Restore Basic or Pro
Open Settings → MFL Pro access, then choose Restore purchases. You will not be charged again.
Contact MFL Pro
Include the league, screen, and steps that led to the problem when you can. Add an email if you would like a reply. Never send your MFL password or login cookie.
